This policy applies to all purchases on AI Astro GPT (aiastrogpt.com), operated by Sathish Shobi (Sole Proprietorship). We sell digital services only — there is no physical shipping.
What you purchase
- Credit tokens (wallet credits): Prepaid digital balance used to unlock premium analytics (matching, love, marriage, medical, transit, career, and related reports) inside your signed-in account.
- Live Hora Watch subscription: A 30-day digital access period for the live planetary-hour clock and related watch features.
Payments are made via Google Pay (GPay) to our registered number. Credits or subscription access are activated after payment verification — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
No refund after successful purchase
Once credits or a subscription have been successfully added to your account, the purchase is final and non-refundable. Digital tokens are consumed when you unlock analytics inside the app; we cannot reverse or reclaim used report access.
- We do not offer refunds because you changed your mind, did not use all credits, or disagree with astrological interpretations.
- Refunds are not available for partially used credit balances.
- This policy applies except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
No cancellation after activation
After payment is verified and credits or subscription dates are applied to your account, the order cannot be cancelled. Subscription periods run for the purchased term; unused days are not refunded if you stop using the service early.
When we will refund or correct your order
We will make it right in these situations:
- Payment received but credits not credited: If you paid via GPay and your wallet balance did not increase after verification (typically within 24 hours of sharing your Gmail and transaction ID on WhatsApp), contact us with proof of payment. We will credit your account or refund the amount to the original payment method where feasible.
- Duplicate charge: If the same payment was applied twice in error, we will reverse the duplicate credit or refund the extra amount.
- Technical failure: If our system failed to deliver a paid subscription or credit pack you purchased, we will activate the service or refund as appropriate.
How to request a correction or refund

- Include your Gmail sign-in address, GPay transaction ID / UTR, date and amount paid, and a screenshot if available.
- We respond within 2–3 business days (India Standard Time).
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks on legitimately delivered digital services may result in account suspension.
